We take service to the Xtreme.

Superior customer service starts with knowledgeable people who have extensive training. Our customer service representatives undergo a 20-day training program and are measured each day on their customer service performance levels to ensure fast, accurate, responsive service. With call centers in Atlanta, Ga and Boise, Id, we will always be able to support you, even if there is a temporary outage at one location. At Saia, you can expect:
  • Single Call Resolution: Receive information, answered questions, order confirmation - on the first call.
  • Attendance: By tracking CSR attendance, we help ensure that our customer service center is running at full strength. In short, we have the manpower to respond to your needs.
  • Quality Monitoring: Are we telling you everything you need to know concerning new services or programs? We monitor these calls to make sure the information you are getting is helpful, current and delivered with courtesy.
